It’s hard to believe a week ago we were headed downstate to have Thanksgiving with Greg’s family. The weather was extremely unusual with temperatures near 60 degrees the entire time we were down there. We were very active every day while visiting. On Thanksgiving day, Greg’s brother, Steve, managed to shoot his first buck. The deer was a barely legal 2-point because it had both of its antlers busted off. The body size was decent, though, so he managed to get a good amount of venison. We also went on a “double date” with Greg’s oldest brother, Chris, and Leah’s friend, Theresa. We went out to eat and to the movie theatre to see the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale. We highly recommend it for everyone into Bond movies! On Saturday we went to Greg’s grandma’s house to visit with her and do some family bowling. Leah, once again, put the smack down on Greg! On Sunday night, we finished up our time there with our annual Texas Hold’em poker tournament. The winner this year was Chris a.k.a. “Ludacris.” We did take a lot of pictures for you to enjoy!

In case your wondering, the snow tracker on the homepage is correct! It’s hard to believe that it’s almost December and we’ve only had an inch at our house. Tonight is suppose to turn cold and start snowing so I think we’re doomed until April.
